Operating System Update in Progress
Another day. Another moment. Another breath.
The day rises. Quieter this morning with the clouds and possible rain.
I can find peace in the present moment.
Old patterns unravel slowly, especially survival patterns.
Yet I stay with Self, breathe.
Witness the rise of the pattern, breathe.
Feel the tension move through the body – the old invitation to react, breathe.
The tension brings constriction, smallness, limitation. Breathe!
The breath moves the moment.
And the pattern loosens even more.
The new pattern – presence and breath – are now far stronger than the old survival patterns.
It’s fascinating to experience and simply witness the old patterns grip and to be free of the tyranny that used to control me.
I’m in a switching point.
The convergence of years of work spiraled into the mother root of the patterns.
To see the multidimensional spiderweb of the fvckery that created in me and my life.
To watch it illuminate, catching the light so I could see it clearly.
And now feel it all unraveling even more.
With each breath, more expansion, breaking free of the survival cage.
Space in the ribs, the intercostals.
Softness in the diaphragm, deeper breaths.
Shoulders dropping down and back.
Heart open, undefended.
A body at rest instead of activated.
Every day, the mind even more quiet, still.
The energy of Creation, available.
The ability to move towards desired states, consistently.
To be with the entire experience of sensations and energetic movements.
The new experience so radically different than the old patterns.
Full of freedom, choice, desire, possibility.
Breathe.
Breathe the new experience through the body again and again.

Present to it all.
The transformation.
All of it rooted in Self-responsibility.
Responsibility to my Self to end my own suffering.
To end the tyranny of the inner dictator.
To stop the survival patterns.
To choose Self.
To choose inner peace and freedom.
To choose thriving.
To choose Power and Creation.
I expand out from this point of convergence.
I open at the close.
I’ve sat in the void.
Allowed the nothingness to simply be.
The All-ness to encode me with new possibility.
The movement forward now comes with even greater ease, fluidity, choice, direction, Power.
I take aligned action at the pace this nervous system can sustain.
As it learns to move the energy of Creation in new ways.
I know survival is simple and sustainable.
Now, life becomes a response to “What do I desire to create for my experience?”
I open, breathe.
I receive, breathe.
I action, breathe.
I create, breathe.
And the experiences unfold in me, as me, through me, around me.
I am the Creator. Seated in Self. Rooted in Power.
And my 3D reality rises even more.
